Answers to the questions I hear most often. If yours is not here, just ask.
Your first session is 90 minutes. Before we meet, you'll complete a health questionnaire so we can hit the ground running. In the session we'll talk about your health history, current eating patterns, food preferences, lifestyle, goals, and what you've tried in the past. I'll also ask about stress, sleep, digestion, and energy levels, anything that might be affecting how you feel. By the end you'll have a clear sense of where we're headed and the first steps of your personalised plan.
All sessions are online through a secure video platform. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person visits, and many clients prefer the convenience of not having to travel. All you need is a device with a camera and a quiet space.
No. I don't subscribe to any single diet philosophy and I'll never hand you a rigid meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat at exactly what time. I provide evidence-based nutrition recommendations tailored to your body, your health conditions, your preferences, and your life. Sometimes that means working through a structured elimination protocol. Sometimes it means building more balanced meals. Sometimes it means unlearning diet rules that are not serving you. The approach is always personalised and always flexible.
Absolutely, and I actively encourage it. I work alongside your existing medical care, not instead of it. My role is to support your diet and eating behaviours in a way that complements the advice you're already receiving from your medical team.
Every body is different, but most clients start to notice changes within 2 to 3 sessions as we identify patterns, make adjustments, and learn what their body responds to. Consistency between sessions makes a big difference too.
If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours before your session and I'll be happy to find another time that works for you. I ask that the new session is booked within 48 hours so we can keep your progress on track. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable.
